Below are some frequently asked questions that may help you become more familiar with how we work...

What is your service area?

We proudly service Austin, TX and the surrounding areas. Including but not limited to; Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, Bertram, Burnet, Jonestown, Lago Vista, Hutto, Pflugerville and Georgetown.

How long does it take to receive an estimate?

Our bids are extremely thorough and broken down into each category, so it takes us typically a week to get your bid emailed to you. We want you to know exactly what you're getting and we try to minimize any potential oversights.

Who will be coming out to give the estimate?

Both Corbett and Josh will be present for your estimate!

Do you use subcontractors?

We do as much of the work ourselves as possible, but there are some situations where it makes more sense to bring in one of our subs. We work with very few and selects subs that we have carefully vetted.

What is the payment schedule?

It depends on the job, but for larger jobs we require 50% up front to get you onto our schedule, and get started. For make ready or single day projects, you simply pay at the end of the day. Check or cash is accepted.

What does your working day look like?

We do our best to work around your schedule, but our typical working hours are 8:30 - 5:00. Also, you do not need to be home, we just need to be able to get inside. Or, if you work from home, we try to keep the potential noise to a minimum.

What will my home look like at the end of each day?

Whether your project is one day or spans a few weeks, we always make sure to clean up our work areas before leaving. Tools are picked up and removed (unless some are necessary to stay, and then we ask where it is okay to leave them).

I have pets, will that be a problem?

Not at all! We are both animal lovers and have no problem working around your pets. We are mindful about keeping exterior doors closed, especially when it comes to your pets potentially getting out.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry general liability insurance through NEXT Insurance, a local insurance company here in Austin, TX.
